iPhone and iPad (Safari)
1
Open Quaso in Safari
Go to quaso.ai and sign in. The install option is only available in Safari - it won’t appear in Chrome or Firefox on iOS.
2
Tap the Share button
Tap the Share icon (the square with an arrow pointing up) in the Safari toolbar.
3
Add to Home Screen
Scroll down the share sheet and tap Add to Home Screen, then tap Add in the top-right corner.
4
Launch from your home screen
Quaso now has its own icon on your home screen. Opening it gives you a full-screen, app-like experience with your session intact.
Android (Chrome)
1
Open Quaso in Chrome
Go to quaso.ai and sign in.
2
Open the browser menu
Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of Chrome.
3
Install the app
Tap Add to Home screen (on some devices this shows as Install app), then confirm with Install or Add.
4
Launch from your home screen
Quaso appears on your home screen and in your app drawer, and opens in its own window like any other app.
Other Android browsers work too: in Samsung Internet use Menu → Add page to → Home screen; in Firefox use Menu → Install.
On your Mac
Prefer a desktop app? Quaso also ships a native macOS app - grab it at quaso.ai/download. On macOS Sonoma and later you can alternatively install the PWA from Safari via File → Add to Dock.Troubleshooting
- The icon shows a letter instead of the croissant - the icon was cached when you first added it. Remove the app from your home screen and add it again.
- I don’t see “Add to Home Screen” on iPhone - make sure you’re in Safari itself, not an in-app browser (e.g. opening the link from Slack or Instagram). Open Safari and navigate to quaso.ai directly.
- The app looks outdated - PWAs update on launch. Close it fully and reopen; if it persists, remove and reinstall the app (your account and data live on the server and are never affected).
