# Notion

> Keep pages and databases in sync with everything else.

Say **"Connect my Notion"** in the composer and sign in once. From then on Quaso can act on your behalf: Create and update pages and database rows; keep changelogs and trackers current; kick off workflows from status changes.

Automations can fire on **page or database updates**.
